Post 10: English Language Challenges




Hello everybody today is the last post and I could not say if I feel happy or not.

The first thing that I would like to say is that I love this subject. Although at first, I thought it was going to be a waste of time, because I thought it was going to be like the English of my school, where I really did not learn anything. But the truth is that I was surprised to see that it was not like that.

About the blogs… I took the pleasure in write these blogs. With the past of the time I started to enjoy writing blogs because I started to notice that my written English was improving.

I think that the first thing that I should improve in my speaking and listening, although I am able to understand and maintain a simple conversation in English, I still feel that I still have a lot to learn. I think that the best way to learn the speaking and listening is practice, so I think If I cannot go to a country that speaks English, I could talk to people who know how to speak English well.

Outside the English class I use my English often. For example, when I read books in English, there some books that you cannot find in Spanish, and the only possibility to read these books is in English, but it was not problem for me, because I be able to read in English without any problem and I feel comfortable reading in English.

With nothing more to say, just enjoy a lot of this subject, especially the personality of the teacher, it was very nice to go to classes with her.

    When I read books in English, I have to do it with a dictionary next to me. Haha

Hello everybody, today I'm going to talk to you about someone that I woud like to meet. Post 3 Election Day

I think that I'm going to vote in the next election. The last time I didn't have the age to vote in the president ballots and when it  was for municipal mayors I really couldn't go, because I was in Rancagua. When I was a girl I always desired to go to vote, because it is the legacy of all those who suffered in the dictatorship. The electoral campaigns are a waste of time and the moment when they lie to all the people with false proposals, (at least most of the candidates do it).  I think that the best candidates in the politics should be very charismatic persons , empathetic, someone who represents all our needs.
